"Hiesel" Max weight kb push jerk- Sprint 100m- max rep pull-up. Continue until you get 100 kb jerks AND 100 pull-ups
Max effort Recovery: 1 min on/ 30 second rest- Pushups + max effort air squat + 800 meter sprint + max effort V-ups
